Meyer Material Handling Products, Inc. is a full service material handling products and systems distributor. In 1974, Carolyn and Wayne Meyer founded the company with the vision of servicing the materials handling and storage needs of industry in central Indiana. From the onset, they have operated with an earnest desire to place the needs of their customer first. A true value added service company.

As the business progressed, Meyer became an authorized distributor of more than two hundred manufacturers. Catalogs were mailed to industry all over Indiana and salesmen were hired to call and maintain contact with customer needs.

In 1992, a sales branch was opened in Atlanta Georgia. The Atlanta office has been successfully completing full facility systems layouts and projects since its inception. As companies continue to advance with technologies and automation, the material handling business also becomes more technical and is changing to keep pace. Meyer keeps up with today’s environment by offering industry leading products, systems, and services that meet or exceed customer expectations, all while maintaining a competitive pricing structure.

In 2000, Meyer Material Handling Products started the new millennium with the intention of improving upon the successes and practices developed during the first 26 years under the leadership of Carolyn and Wayne Meyer. Company leadership, organization and staff continues to maintain these high standards of customer first, value added service that have been proven in over thirty years of successful operation.

Our Customer list contains many Fortune 500 Companies.  We have developed and maintained relationships with our customers by providing quality solutions for storage and handling systems; such as, push back/flow and other specialty racking systems, automated storage and retrieval systems, pallet, garment, and case conveyor systems. System development and integration services with existing systems are also well within our capabilities.

In addition to the above systems type solutions, we offer many standard line products in our catalog to service your needs for shelving, racks, carts, lifting equipment, casters, hoists, inplant offices and much more. The company has been located at its present location, 3904 South Arlington Avenue, Indianapolis since 1983. MMHP has and will continue to provide an established, reputable and conscientious firm who is dedicated to the successful completion of each order and every project and a committed, experienced and educated group of employees who will address your needs promptly, efficiently, and effectively.

Presently, Meyer is doing business in many cities across the country with companies large and small. Yes, we have grown in size throughout the years, but will never outgrow the fundamental goal of servicing the customer first.
